What do you want your life to look like?
I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor who is committed to coming alongside other humans as they learn how to create healthier relationships to substances, to the important people in their lives, and to themselves. My work focuses on creating a safe and rich therapeutic relationship. From there we will work together toward building mindfulness, skillfullness, and intentional beliefs around substance use, reactions to life circumstances and relationship with the inner-self. I believe in taking a holistic and relational approach to helping my clients heal and to create the life they want for themselves.
I’m passionate about healing through safe relationship, playfulness, vulnerability and community. And I am experienced in offering psychoeducation and workshops to clients and providers alike.
